FAQ and session logistics for readings

  • Sessions are conducted remotely using a virtual conferencing service (Zoom) which you can access from a phone, tablet, or computer anywhere in the world. Akashic readings do not require video — only audio.

  • Sessions are recorded, and you will receive a link to download your session recording.

  • A headset is recommended to prevent echo, especially if using an older device.

  • Payments are accepted by credit or debit card (all payments are processed by Stripe). Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other methods are available upon request.

  • I’m a certified Soul Realignment® advanced (Level 3) practitioner and have been doing Akashic readings professionally since 2017.

  • I'm located in the Pacific time zone (California), and typically serve clients in the Americas, Western/Central/Northern Europe, South Africa, and Australia.
    If you're located in Eastern Europe, Middle East, India, Central/East Asia, or anywhere between GMT+3 and GMT+8 time zones, we have a very inconvenient time zone difference, and I would recommend working with your local practitioner instead, unless you're willing to stay up late at night for a session. :)

  • You can request a reading for yourself as well as for your dependent child or committed partner.  It’s wonderful for parents to know their child on a soul level so that they can understand the child's unique gifts and struggles and know how to best support the little one.
    There are ethical rules for what information we can and cannot access regarding people other than yourself (parents, friends, ex-partners…) This is explained under individual offerings, and you can also reach out to me for more details.

  • You can purchase a session as a gift for another person (see the “How gift certificates work” section below).

  • While live, interactive sessions are always preferred, some readings can also be delivered in written form, if desired (see the “Written report option” section below).

  • Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled for a refund up to 24 hours ahead of the appointment.

  • Why are some appointment durations approximate? Each session is unique — some may contain extra information, and some clients simply like to ask lots of questions, all of which can affect the length of the session.

  • Do you need to be in a special place or state of consciousness during the session? Nope! During the session, your task is to listen, absorb new information, and ask questions. You can be anywhere as long as it’s fairly quiet (no construction noise or crying babies, please). Readings are actually prepared by me in advance, and during the session, I’ll be delivering my findings to you and helping you integrate them.

Scheduling a session

  • After you schedule an appointment, you should receive a confirmation email within minutes. If you don’t, be sure check your Spam / Junk mail folder or email me!

  • Next, once I make sure I have all the required information, I'll send you instructions on how to access your session.

  • Each session is unique, so the stated session durations are approximate, and it's always a good idea to allow some extra time for your session — especially if you like asking lots of questions! :)

Written report option

  • Please know that a live, interactive session will always be more valuable to you than a written report.

  • If you still prefer to have a reading delivered as a written report, select "I want this reading in written form instead of a live session" option/add-on while scheduling a session. Availability of that option for various readings can change.

  • Your report will be emailed to you as a .pdf file by the day and time you select when booking the service.

  • If you’re getting a property clearing: the clearing can happen any time between the moment you scheduled it and the selected appointment time. Therefore, if for some reason you need the clearing to be done only after a specific day and time (e.g., after the previous property owner has moved out but before you move in), be sure to mention that on the intake form.

  • I always ask that you provide a very specific and detailed intention for the reading, so that when I'm writing your report, I can provide examples that are relevant to your current situation, and can offer ideas on how you can apply the new knowledge to your life.

  • While my reports are very thorough, you may have follow-up questions.  Two rounds of follow-up questions by email are included with this option at no extra cost.

How gift certificates work

  • Once you purchase a service, you will receive an email with the gift certificate. The certificate will include a unique code, the name of the service you chose, and a link to book a session. The certificate will not include anyone's name, so you can change your mind later about who to give it to. :)

  • You can then either email the certificate to your friend or print and hand it to them.

  • Your friend will use the link on the certificate to schedule a session for the day and time of their choosing. If they click the link on the certificate, the certificate code will be automatically applied. If they manually type in the link, they'll be able to click the Redeem Gift Certificate button on the form and enter their certificate code.

  • Gift certificates expire within 90 days if not used. If the recipient knows they won’t be able to schedule the session by the expiration date and reach out to let me know, I can extend the validity of the certificate upon request.

  • If your friend doesn't like your gift idea or changes their mind about having a session… no worries! You can give this gift certificate to another person, use it yourself, or contact me to request a refund. You will be refunded in full minus non-refundable transaction fees withheld by the payment processor if the request is submitted before the expiration date listed on the certificate; there are no refunds after that date.
